wildfire_fires

BC Wildfire Service fires, current season

Current-season wildfire locations (points) or mapped perimeters from the BC Wildfire Service, largest first. status active means Out of Control, Being Held or Under Control; inactive means Out; all also returns records with a missing or unrecognised status (is_active null). The BCWS status is returned as published. A fire or perimeter is NOT an evacuation order: use wildfire_evacuations for orders and alerts. A fire missing from this list is not proof an area is safe. Wildfire data may not reflect the most current fire situation; fires change quickly. Do not rely on it for safety decisions.

Cost: 2 units of your allowance (see Rate limits).
