tsunami_zones

B.C. tsunami notification zones

The five B.C. tsunami notification zones (A North Coast and Haida Gwaii, B Central Coast and Northeast Vancouver Island, C Outer West Coast of Vancouver Island, D Juan de Fuca Strait, E Strait of Georgia), or which zone polygon a point (lat, lon) is inside, from the province's Tsunami Notification Zones layer on DataBC, read live. These are warning-notification regions, NOT inundation or evacuation maps, and they are narrow coastal strips: a point outside every polygon is not shown to be safe. No geometry.

Cost: 3 units of your allowance (see Rate limits).
