reserve_lookup

Indian reserves and band names in B.C. (federal boundary data republished by GeoBC)

Find Indian reserves in British Columbia by reserve name, by band name, by band number, or by the point (lat, lon) a reserve contains, from the BC Data Catalogue record Indian Reserves and Band Names - Administrative Boundaries (GeoBC; Open Government Licence - Canada), read live. Returns the reserve's CLAB id, English and French name, and the band number and band name the record lists. Federal government boundary data, not information from or about any Nation: no identity, governance, members or territory, and no geometry. Not a legal boundary. A band can have several reserves and a reserve's band name is the listing's administrative name.

Cost: 3 units of your allowance (see Rate limits).
