municipal_portals

Municipal open data portals: what is served and why

The five municipal portals this source covers (Surrey, Victoria, Abbotsford, Vancouver, Chilliwack): eligibility, the licence and the robots.txt evidence behind it, when each was last read, how many datasets it lists, and the reason when a portal is not served. Surrey, Victoria and Abbotsford are served as metadata plus link. Vancouver is blocked by its robots.txt and Chilliwack has no portal. Use it before saying a city has no open data.
