B.C. Limited Entry Hunting zones, current (reference areas)

Find the province's current Limited Entry Hunting (LEH) zone polygons (688 on 24 Oct 2026; Open Government Licence - British Columbia), read live: the zones that contain a point (lat, lon), the zones in a management unit and/or for a species (for example elk), or a zone by hunt area id. Returns the zone code, species, label, management units, hunt area id, and the effective and expiry dates the layer records. Reference areas only: a zone does NOT mean a hunt is open, a draw is available, a quota exists or anyone may hunt there. Seasons, quotas and the draw are in the province's LEH synopsis. No geometry.

Cost: 3 units of your allowance (see Rate limits).
