Find Water Survey of Canada real-time hydrometric stations in B.C. by station id (for example 08KD007), part of a name (for example BOWRON), or the nearest ones to a point (lat, lon, optional radius_km up to 100). Returns id, name, position and time zone. Read hydrometric_latest for the readings.
