B.C. Foundation Skills Assessment results (grade 4 and 7 Literacy and Numeracy)
Foundation Skills Assessment results from the Ministry of Education and Child Care, 2021/2022 to the latest school year, residents only, for the province, a school district or one school: students expected to write, writers, the counts in the file's three achievement groups (emerging, on track, extending) and an unknown group, and the average, median and standard deviation of scores, for grade 4 and grade 7, Literacy and Numeracy. level is "school" (default), "district" or "province"; sub_population (all students by default) applies to province and district rows only. district takes a 3-digit number, SD33, or name words; school takes name words in the exact spelling, or an 8-digit school number (which also finds years under an earlier name). sector is public, independent or total (province rows only have Province-Total, which already includes both). Small counts are masked by the Ministry: they come back as null and are named in masked, never 0. Aggregates only; no student data. To find a school's name and district first, use school_lookup.
Cost: 1 unit of your allowance (see Rate limits).
