federal_law_section

Read a section of a federal Act or regulation of Canada (consolidation)

Return the text of one section (or the preamble, a schedule, the order, the recent amendments or a repealed document's notice) of an English federal Act or regulation, by its code (for example A-1, C-46, SOR-2001-286 or SOR/2001-286) and section label (for example 2, 2.1, 91). Without a section it returns the table of contents: each section's number, marginal note and heading. The text is as stored from the consolidation: nothing is summarised. Federal law only, not B.C. law; a convenience consolidation, not the official version.

Cost: 2 units of your allowance (see Rate limits).
