British Columbia figures from the CRTC's Communications Market Report, 2013 to 2024: mobile market share of Bell Group, TELUS, Rogers and others (mobile_market_share), tablet, smartphone and cell phone ownership from a survey (mobile_device_penetration), average mobile revenue per subscriber a month (mobile_arpu), mobile subscribers as a percent of population (mobile_subscriber_penetration), mobile subscribers with a data plan in thousands (mobile_data_plan_subscribers), retail and wholesale telecommunications revenues in $ millions (telecom_revenue) and local wholesale revenues (local_wholesale_revenue). Choose one indicator or get them all; the latest year is returned unless year_from and year_to are given (one alone is open-ended). Values are as the CRTC publishes them: market-level aggregates for the province, not by company, community or address. Regional figures the CRTC publishes for "British Columbia and Territories" are not British Columbia and are not included. For availability by community use crtc_service_availability.
