contract_disclosure_links

Links to the province's proactive contract disclosure pages (contracts over $10,000, quarterly; contracts awarded directly to vendors, monthly) and the two directives that set what is reported. Contract rows are not available: the summaries are reachable only through gov.bc.ca search, which is closed to automated agents, and BC Bid forbids crawling. Links and titles only.
