bc_property_transfer_tax

B.C. property transfer tax statistics by month (Ministry of Finance)

Monthly property transfer tax statistics for 2019 to the latest month: number of registered property transactions (total, residential, commercial, first-time home buyers, newly built homes, corporate and individual purchasers, foreign involvement), the purchasers' declared fair market value (total, mean, median) and the tax paid, for the province, the 8 development regions, the regional districts or the municipalities. Pick a level, a year, optionally a month and a place name. Values the Ministry holds back to protect privacy come back as null and are named in not_released (never zero). Aggregates only: no properties, owners or addresses; declared values, not assessed values or sale prices of a given home. Not BC Assessment data.

Cost: 3 units of your allowance (see Rate limits).
