bc_court_statistics
B.C. court activity statistics: new cases, concluded cases, appearances, documents filed, time to conclude (BC Court Services)
Court statistics from BC Court Services' Courts Dashboard extracts (five fiscal years, latest 2025/2026): new court cases, concluded Provincial Court criminal cases, scheduled court appearances, civil documents filed, and the median days to conclude a Provincial Court criminal case. Pick a measure and a level (the province, the 5 court regions, or individual court locations), then filter by fiscal year, court level (provincial or supreme), division (civil or criminal), court class (such as Family, Small Claims, Adult, Youth), region or location. Returns the rows and, for the count measures, their total. Counts only: no case, party or file number; Some combinations are not published (concluded cases and time to conclude exist only for Provincial Court criminal), so a missing row is not a zero. Not crime statistics (see police and Statistics Canada tools) and not court decisions.
Cost: 3 units of your allowance (see Rate limits).
